Yoga Outreach

Our outreach programmes use yoga to help restore an individual’s sense of empowerment, calm, self-regulation and stress management. We offer yoga for women and youth in their shelters guided by our qualified and experienced trauma informed yoga teachers.  Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, while increasing feelings of serenity and energy to face challenges
