After consultation with you, yoga4good will offer your choice of class: flow yoga, chair yoga, team building yoga, conference yoga or mindfulness & meditation. The level of difficulty, timing and theme of the class can be coordinated so that it will be the best fit for the needs of your team.

& CLASS LENGTH

Timing will be customized to your needs.  Perhaps you prefer early morning, or late afternoon or maybe lunch hour is the favourite. Whenever and wherever, we will facilitate yoga for all in your community.
